Certificate Update

The SSL certificate for connections to the email environment will be updated with newer certificates between 6am to 7am. During this time users may receive an error that the identity of the email environment can not be verified. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPDATE: As of 11:20 am, rackspace load balancing services appear to have been restored.
rackspace, which provides load balancing services for the main campus webserver is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

FileCity hardware migration

Starting at 4:00 am, LITS will be migrating FileCity to new server hardware. The final data sync and migration should only take about an hour to complete. The migration will be completed during the regularly scheduled maintenance period.

Campus Information System downtime

Due to Campus Power Outage, the Campus Information System (Banner) will be unavailable starting at 7:30pm, May 31st and is expected to remain unavailable until 7-8am Saturday, June 1st depending on power restoration.
Please plan accordingly, and realize that other Campus Production systems (ANGEL, filecity, etc.) are likely to be unavailable as well during this time.
